Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois in 1976. Sam also received a B.S. in political science and history from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, in 1973. Sam has been practicing tax and accounting since 1981. He specializes in tax planning and tax preparation for individuals, businesses, trust and estates.
Sam is recognized as an expert in personal income tax matters. He is a member of the AICPA Tax Section. He has appeared in Money Magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Bucks County Courier Times and the Jewish Exponent. Sam has also been a guest host on the Harry Gross Financial radio show.

Pat received his bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University in 1977. He began his career in public accounting with the firm in 1978 and became a partner in 1991. Pat is the firm's senior audit partner responsible for the firm's audit and accounting practice. He is the Partner-in-Charge for Not-For-Profit audits. Pat also has extensive experience with business tax planning and preparation for the construction industry.
Pat is very committed to the community at large. He is a former board member of Valley Athletic Association and a long-time softball, baseball and soccer coach. He is the president and co-founder of the Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to deserving students in the Philadelphia area in memory of his parents. He is a member and former treasure of Business Networking Associates (BNA). Pat is also a director and original co-organizer of Prestige Community Bank a small community bank serving the Bucks and Montgomery county areas.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. Tom has been a partner since 2000. He is the Partner-In-Charge of pension design and administration.
He handles tax matters for individuals and businesses as well as general accounting matters for privately owned businesses. Tom performs the financial statement attestation services for those clients that require compilation or reviewed financial statements.
Tom can also provide personalized financial planning reviews for our clients, including retirement and estate planning. As a Registered Investment Advisor Tom has earned the credentials that qualify him to provide comprehensive and impartial financial planning advice.

Jeff Migliore

Jeff received his bachelors degree in accounting from La Salle University in 1991. He began his career in public accounting and transitioned into accounting for the non-profit sector in 1993. Upon gaining valuable experience in the non-profit sector, Jeff transitioned back to public accounting and became a partner in RSCM.
Jeff is a Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor and a Peachtree Premier Advisor and is well versed in the installation, training and use of QuickBooks and Peachtree.
Jeff is also experienced in the preparation of multi-state tax returns, and works extensively with individuals transitioning from one state to another. Always friendly and available to help anyone seeking his assistance, Jeff believes that "whoever he is speaking to at that moment is the most important person to our accounting firm."

A graduate of Philadelphia University, Joe is in charge of the accounting, bookkeeping and payroll tax functions for many of our clients for which the firm of RSCM acts as our clients personal controller. Joe is knowledge in all aspects of QuickBooks and thus prepares adjustments directly to our clients QuickBooks files over the internet.

Kristine graduated from Philadelphia University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Throughout college, she was on the Dean's List and graduated cum laude. She was also recognized for her studies with the "2006 PICPA Outstanding Senior" award.
