Starting a New Business

Next, we help you:

• Create the appropriate business entity
• Prepare all of your Federal, State and Local registrations
• Obtain all of your required identification numbers, account numbers and licenses, such as your Federal EIN
• Prepare all required sales tax registration
• Apply for the Philadelphia business license and any local Township and School District business privilege license and account registration that may be required 

We then set you up so that your monthly accounting information is transmitted to our office on a monthly or quarterly basis.  This can be accomplished either by mailing your information to us or by electronic transmission (a process that we will set up to make your life easier).
